Constructing the “Heart” of the Digital Credit System

Within the overall architecture of BIDV’s Loan Origination System (LOS), Lac Long Quan is honored to directly develop two subsystems that serve as the “backbone,” determining the speed and quality of the credit granting process:

  1. Customer Needs Reception Module (Customer Intake): This is the system’s primary gateway. The Lac Long Quan team has built this module with omni-channel processing capabilities, allowing for flexible customer information capture from various sources (Mobile App, Web, Branch Counter). This component ensures input data is fully collected, accurate, and standardized right from the first step.

  2. Credit Proposal Module: Considered the operational brain, this module supports Relationship Managers (RMs) in analyzing profiles, structuring loans, and preparing appraisal reports. Lac Long Quan has digitized complex calculation processes, helping to automate policy compliance checks and propose appropriate credit limits.
